Maple Holistics Tea Tree Shampoo

Within the past few years there has been a movement for products ranging from food to cleaning products to makeup to hair products to be as natural and as organic as they can possibly be. And if you think about it, it really makes a lot of sense that the most natural products would be the healthiest products. I have heard so many great things from friends and different beauty articles about Tea Tree Shampoo, but have never tried it myself up until a few weeks ago when I had the opportunity to team up with Maple Holistics.
Truthfully I was a little worried about trying Tea Tree Shampoo… I have naturally curly hair and once I find the right combo of hair products to use I’m not too eager to break from my usual hair routine; I dread the frizz that curly hair can cause… I was pleasantly surprised when I use Tea Tree Shampoo, even after the first wash I could tell such a difference!  I have been using Tea Tree Shampoo for about two weeks now and my hair actually feels heartier, and when I dry it I have notice that I have less fly aways and less split ends.
Full disclosure - I wash my hair once every 2 or 3 days, but I am probably the queen of abusing my hair with heat tools. My normal hair routine is I wash my hair with about two different shampoos, use the DryBar Double Standard, then I apply two different conditioners {the each serve a purpose…} then after I get out of the shower I put in a leave-in-conditioner/heat protectant. After all of that then it is onto the drying and styling process which consist of drying my hair on medium heat, using a round brush and hair clips to make as rollers, then it’s on to the hot rollers that I leave in for about 5 minutes, and lastly I straighten the top half of my hair with a straightener and then go over it with a curling iron. In between washes I sleep with my hair in a bun, touch it up with a curling iron in the morning, and use dry shampoo as needed.

After going 3 days {maybe 4…} it goes without saying that my hair usually has a good amount of dry shampoo in it, and the tea tree shampoo really cuts through it on the first wash. I’ve also noticed that since I replaced my usually shampoos with Tea Tree Shampoo that my hair feels cleaner, smoother, all around healthier, and it could be my imagination but I feel like this shampoo has made my hair grow…
I am so glad that I finally tried tea tree shampoo, because it is definitely something that will continue to be apart of my hair routine and Maple Holistics truly has some amazing natural products. One of my favorite features they offer that I feel really sets them apart from other hair product companies is that you are able to try free sample products so you can figure out what works best for you and what you like. The free product sample option to me represents a company who truly believes in their product, stands behind it, and cares about customer satisfaction – all of which go a long way in my book.

The only somewhat negative thing I have to say about Tea Tree Shampoo is that it is not the best smelling shampoo, but the benefits and results far outweigh that slight negative. So get on the natural hair product train today by signing up for Maple Holistics’ free product samples program! After a few washes you will be hooked!
