Happy Hour Time

What’s that sound? Do you hear it? It’s the sound of the weekend walking down the sidewalk, and who’s that Friday is bringing with him…Oh! It’s December! I always get a little excited around the holidays – if I didn’t know any better I would think I was somehow related to an elf! Here’s to a weekend full of Christmas decorating, Christmas carols, decorating a Christmas tree, baking, relaxing, and spending time with friends and family. Cheers!

Drink Special!
The Fizz
2 ounce gin
1 tablespoon raspberry liqueur
Juice from ½ lemon
1 egg white
8 fresh raspberries, quartered
Crushed ice
Champagne
Shake all ingredients except champagne with ice and strain into a cocktail Champagne flute and top with a splash of champagne
