howdy, howdy, Friday – fancy meeting you here! All I can say is yay for the
weekend! Who else is a little excited that the first of October is Sunday!?
When October arrives I feel like the holiday season has finally arrived and for
the next few months there is always something to celebrate and be excited
about, plus it’s always a good excuse to go shopping. Here’s to a weekend
filled with football watching, pumpkin drinking, bon fires, and making memories
with family and friends. Cheers!

¾ ounce
honey
¾ ounce
lemon juice
¾ ounce
pineapple juice
1 ½ ounces vodka
¾ ounce
St. Germain elderflower liquor
Ice cubes
Splash of prosecco
Whisk honey with the lemon juice
and pineapple juice until it is dissolved. Shake with vodka, St. Germain, and
ice cubes and strain into a cocktail glass
