Happy Hour Time

Well, well, well, look who finally decided to show up – it is so nice to see you again Friday! I have my fingers crossed that warm weather is just around the corner, I love sweater weather, but I am ready to unpack my spring dresses. Tomorrow is St. Patrick’s Day, March Madness is in full swing, and flowers are in bloom – needless to say an eventful weekend is ahead. Here’s to basketball watching, sporting a little green, soaking up some sun, enjoying the beautiful spring weather, and making memories with friends and family. Cheers!

1 ounce pernod
¾ ounce gin
½ egg white
½ teaspoon simple syrup
Ice cubes
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
