Happy Hour Time

Well…well… look who finally decided to show up – it is so nice to see you again Friday! What ever took you so long to finally arrive! I hope everyone has been enjoying the crunch of leaves under their feet, that distinct crispness in the air that only fall can bring, and the fun red holiday cups that just came out at Starbucks! Here’s to a wonderful weekend ahead full of hot apple cider, football watching, and spending time with friends and family. Cheers!

1 ½ ounces dark rum
1 ½ ounces apricot liqueur
1 ½ ounces cola
splash of grenadine
ice cubes
stir vigorously with ice and strain into cocktail glass
