If you
are from the South or live in the South, you know all too well just how hot it
can get in the summer. Personally for me, I usually opt for a dress or a skirt
for the simple fact that it is lighter and cooler than shorts/pants and a top.
Let’s face it when it is a little over a hundred degrees outside every little
bit helps. Since fashion changes at such a rapid rate and since it is so hot
during the day I usually try to keep the price of casual summer dresses within
a reasonable spending limit. Below are a few casual summer dresses that I
simply adore and they are all under $100!
