Wallpaper Is Making A Comeback

Over the past few years wallpaper has really been on the rise and I am kind of loving it. I love the use of wallpaper in a dinning room, guest bathroom, or used for an accent wall in a bedroom. As much as I love the wallpaper trend I have my fingers crossed that the interior design trend doesn’t revert back to the 90’s where it was not uncommon for every single room in a house to be wallpapered; was anyone else overwhelmed by all the different colors and patterns that could be found in a single house about 20 years ago or was that just me…?

Right now I really like the trend of all the rooms in a house being predominantly a nice, rich, creamy shade of white and then you pick up pops of colors with gallery walls, pictures, accent pillows, a navy {or other fun color} sofa, coffee table books, throws, etc., and then a room you have selected to be wallpapered to breath a little energy into an otherwise calm feeling environment. By the way, Anthropologie and Rifle Paper Co have some beautiful wallpaper.

Lately over on Pinterest I have been going a little pin crazy with rooms I have come across that are beautifully wallpapered and thought I would share a few of my favorites for inspiration!
