Madewell In Nashville

If you are from Nashville or live in Nashville you know all too well that we do not have the best of shopping. Granted the shopping scene has improved within the past few years with the opening of Nordstrom, the Hill Center {I honestly don’t know what I did before Anthropologie}, and a few other stores. Luckily another good store, Madewell, is being added to the Green Hiils Mall on Tuesday!

J. Crew is Madewell’s parent company so I think it is a safe bet to make that if you enjoy J. Crew Madewell just might be up your alley. J. Crew and Madewell seem to visually overlap in some areas but Madewell has made an effort to carve out their own style to set them apart from other stores. They seem to have a more casual, trendy look than J. Crew but at the same time they have some great classic pieces and items that can easily be dressed up or down.

Personally I love their sweaters, skirts, and of course their shirts. Madewell even have a Barbour Ursula Pullover on their website that I have been lusting after for a few weeks now. Here are a few of my favorite items from the Madewell website.
