Happy Hour Time

Well helloooo there Friday! It is so good to see you again; it has been far too long! I hope everyone one enjoyed the long Labor Day weekend and the four-day workweek. I don’t know about you all but to me it seems like it has taken Friday a little while to finally arrive this week. Here’s to a weekend of leisure, sitting outside sipping on some sweet tea, and having fun with family and friends. Cheers!

Parkeroo
2 ounces dry sherry
1 ounce tequila
1 lemon peel twist
Shaved ice
Pour over shaved ice, allow it to chill, pour into cocktail glass
