Happy Hour Time

Welcome, Welcome, Friday! It is so nice to see you again! I hope everyone has had a fabulous week and that it carries over into an even more fabulous weekend! It’s time to put the worry of the workweek behind and enjoy some downtime and of course some fun! So here’s to a terrific weekend ahead, and a wonderful memories to come. Cheers!

Drink Special!
Pousse l’Amour
1 ounce maraschino liqueur
1 egg yolk
1 ounce vanilla cordial
1 ounce cognac
Pour in the maraschino liqueur, and then gently spoon the yolk in top without disturbing the maraschino or breaking the yolk. Carefully add the vanilla cordial and top with cognac.
