What I Need For A Good Night's Sleep

At night I have my nighttime routine and my bed time favorites. I know it sounds a little weird but if my sheets or pajamas don’t feel right I have the hardest time falling asleep. Hi, particular person over here… After taking a shower I just love the feeling of climbing into a fluffy bed, with plenty of cover {2 duvets {and this one}, a quilt, and a top sheet to be exact}, and crisp sheets. I usually drink a bottle of water, watch a Netflix show, and lastly read before I finally go to sleep. Everyone needs a little end of the day relaxing time, right?
For me, reading a bit before I go to bed at night is the ultimate way to unwind. It always helps to slow my mind down and bring all the ball I’ve been juggling throughout the day come to a rest. I just finished up Little Fires Everywhere, by Celeste Ng, and the writing was just so good and the story line thought provoking.

I have such the soft spot for any kind of cute pajamas out there. Lately though I have been loving J. Crew pajamas more than any others. Soft, cute, comfortable, and classic – what more could a girl ask for?

Make fun of me all you want but Pottery Barn Kids and Restoration Hardware Teen have my most favorite sheets ever. In all honesty the quality of pottery barn kids flannel sheets really can’t be beat. For fall and winter I always use a set of Pottery Barn Kids flannel sheets, and for the spring and summer season I absolutely love any white sheet set with a boarder that can be monogramed from Restoration Hardware Teen.

  1. I’m very particular about my bedding and pajamas too. I love your picks! Kate Spade makes adorable ones too - plus you can find them at TJ Max a few seasons later which I love. xAllie www.theallthatglittersblog.com
