Links I'm Loving

This week I have been in complete hibernation mode; I blame it on the weather. It’s just been so cold outside that I’ve wanted to do is lounge around in oversize sweaters, sit by a fireplace and either watch a movie or read, and go to bed early. And incase you were wondering I have been pretty terrible about working out this week…pressing the snooze button and staying in a warm bed an extra hour won out every time.

Since I was pretty terrible with one of my New Year’s Goal this week I felt like I made up for it with my reading goal; I have already read my first book of April – Little Fires Everywhere, by Celeste Ng, and it’s simply amazing and though provoking. Since I was a little lazy this week one this that I enjoyed a little more than usual was scouring the Internet for fun links to share!
I so love all of Kristy Woodson Harvey’s books; they are all set in the south and center around a certain family dynamic. Her new book, The Secret to Southern Charm is the second book in The Peachtree Bluff Series and I cannot recommend it enough. Check out my review of the book here.

My new favorite print that Lilly Pulitzer has done this year is deep indigo joy ride-  spoiler alert: it’s a blue elephant print, so obviously it has my name written all over it. This week I noticed that the Kristen Dress is being made in this print and it’s basically Lilly perfection and it’s the perfect summer dress that can be worn casual or dressed up a bit.

Hi, floral obsessed person over here! I have been on the fence about getting another pair of running shoes and I think this is pretty much the ultimate sign that I should. But it all seriousness these are a beautiful pair of running shoes.

I am so excited for Julia Engel’s dress collection that is coming out April 20th and will be available at Nordstrom! She has flawless taste and I am sure her dresses will be nothing short of stunning.

One of my guilty pleasures is that I binge watch any type of food related video, especially on YouTube. This week I came across Best NYC Places for People with a Sweet Tooth and everything looked so amazing! I can safely say that I have a few new places to go visit next time I’m in NYC!

  1. I love that Lilly dress, the back is so pretty! I’m on the library wait list for the Celeste Ng book and the wait is killing me! I might cave and go to B&N...
