Oldies But Goodies

For what ever reason recently a few of the movie channels have been playing a decent number of movie classics. I am not ashamed to say that I love old movies – they have such a lightless, style, and happy undertone to them that makes it so easy to get lost in a different era and escape in the movie for a little bit. The movies of today’s time have amazing special effects, but I am convinced that there will never be another like Audrey Hepburn or Grace Kelly. Below are my top three favorite classic movies that I highly recommend.

Breakfast At Tiffanys

How To Marry A Millionaire

Rear Window

  1. Maybe nowadays there are better special effects and image quality in movies. However, old movies are MUCH better in many ways.
