Happy Hour Time

Welcome one, welcome all to Happy Hour Time on a beautiful Friday! I know you all are going to be shocked to hear this, but for the first time in a long time I have to admit that I was not ready for Friday’s arrival quit yet; today is my last day at the beach and a beach vacation never seems long enough! However many exciting holiday things are on the horizon, Thanksgiving is right around the corner and it is almost time to decorate a Christmas tree! So here’s to a wonderful weekend and a short work/school week ahead, time with family and friends, and holiday bliss and blessings to be had! Cheers!

Drink Special! 

Ginger Snap
1 ½ ounces vodka
1 ounce ginger liqueur
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
¼ teaspoon agave syrup
¼ teaspoon peeled and grated fresh ginger
Pinch ground cinnamon
Pinch ground cloves
Pinch grated nutmeg
Ice
Cinnamon sick for garnish
Shake all together the vodka, ginger liqueur, lemon juice, agave, syrup, grated ginger, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. {Rachael Ray Cocktail Recipe}

    Another awesome happy hour post! That Ginger Snap drink looks amazing. Very festive. I'm gonna have to try it. Thanks for sharing. I know, beach vacations are always hard to end but like you said, the holidays are here, and great time will be ahead. So happy holidays :)

    Aah that is a bummer then when it is already friday and you have to leave the beach but indeed thanksgiving and christmass is fun!!
