Think Pink And Sparkle On

The inspiration for this post, Think Pink and Sparkle On, is the fact that it is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month {click here to read more about the origination}. The month of October is meant to promote awareness, issues, treatments, and accomplishments associated with this form of cancer. 

It is almost unreal to think of how many people we come in contact with each day: a passerby on the street, the people in front of and behind you in the Starbucks line waiting to get their morning coffee, a group of people sitting at the table next over at a restaurant. Unless you personally know one of these people you come in contact with you never know the reason for the shadow of a secret smile, what caused them happiness or sadness that day, challenges they face, or an internal fight they are fighting. The will of the human spirit never ceases to amaze me; whatever the challenge, sadness, or life altering event that takes place there is something inside of us that compels us to go on.
