Happy Hour Time

The sun is out, the weather is perfect, it is finally Friday, all the signs that a perfect weekend is ahead of us! I hope everyone has had a wonderful first week of October filled with pumpkin spiced lattes, scarves, and crisp fall weather! To get your weekend started off right here is a cocktail for tonight; so kickback, relax, and have a wonderful weekend! Cheers!

Drink Special! 
Gin Ricky
2 ounces gin
1 ounce lime juice
5 ounces club soda
Ice cubes
Lime wedge for garnish
Pour the liquid ingredients over ice in a cocktail glass and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.

    1. I honestly never realized how many cocktails had gin in them till I started doing the Happy Hour Time posts! I had a cocktail last night called the Blushing Saint, it's amazing and I think it's mostly prosecco; I'm going to try to find out the recipe for that one for next week!
