Goals For 2016

I am a little late publishing my New Year’s goals {resolutions} this year, but it is still January and there are still 11 months left in the year to mark all my goals of the list!
One// Go To Bed Earlier: Somewhere along the way, toward the end of 2015 I got in the most horrible habit of going to bed well after midnight. I would either stay up late  trying to catch up on some blog work or read a book or organizing, etc. For 2016 I am going to trying to go to bed at 10:30 or 11:00; early to bed, early to rise…early to bed, feel rested the next day.

Two// Improve Blog: I did not have  {make} as much time as I hoped I would to work on my blog. This year I am going to aim to post more and on a regular basis, have a new web design, and include more outfit posts.

Three// Read More: I read a lot already but would like to read more. Books are the best escape, at least for me, and have the ability to offer a new perspective or make an impact on you. When ever I need to unwind, am feeling stressed, or need a distraction I break out a book. 

Four// Travel To A New Place: I am one of those people who would love to travel almost anywhere {there are a few places I am just not interested in visiting…} and everywhere. I love history and have read so any books about different places and cultures, and would love to see certain places first hand.

Five// Workout On A Regular Basis: I was doing pretty good about working out on a regular basis in 2015, except for the end of the year… new puppy, long trip in November, and of course the holiday season; it has been hard to get back into the swing of working out again. For some reason after I workout I always feel more clear headed and less restless, so this is definitely a goal I intend on sticking to!

Six// Live In The Moment: If my mind were a desk it would be in complete disarray. I am horrible about getting lost in thought in the middle of doing another task or even when I am spending time with friends and family. Sometimes it is good to just slow day and enjoy what you are doing in the present instead of thinking of all the things you need to do.
