Stop checking out your phone frantically

Even though grabbing your phone to check your email, messages, and missed calls is probably the first thing you always do as soon as you wake up, you must know that this can be counterproductive. This isn’t a great idea because you won’t be able to kick off your day with a sense of control and inner peace, so try to resist the temptation and stay away from your phone at least an hour after waking up. This is a small step that will allow you to relax, focus, and live in the present moment, so don’t underestimate these benefits and you’ll see what we were talking about!
