Every now
and then I fall off the water drinking wagon and hop over to Coca-Cola {I
really try to resist but sometimes you just need an ice cold coke…} but for the
most part I make an effort to drink a healthy amount of water. During summer
months I feel like drinking water on a regular basis is key, especially if you
are spending the day by they water or taking part in an outdoor activity. Below
are just a few reasons to drink more water
1.
Drinking water can improve your
complexion// water
can moisturize the skin and increase skin elasticity
2.
Helps control calories// choosing water over a coke or
alcoholic beverage can make all the difference. Water rich foods also fill you
up more since your body takes a little bit longer to absorb the water.

Energize muscles// when you don’t have a decent
amount of water in your system your muscles don’t function as well and can even
suffer from the lack of water
4.
Improves your mood// even very mild dehydration
can affect your mood in a negative way. More water = a happier you

Cures Headaches// Headaches are often caused by
dehydration. Drinking more water helps reduce the intensity and frequency of
headaches.
