Happy Hour Time

Well…well…fancy meeting you here Friday, it is so nice to see you again! Where have you been all week! I hope everyone has been enjoying the first official week of fall {even though it may not feel like it in some places} there is a certain crispness in the air that has taken hold and the humid days of summer seem to be slowly fading away. Here’s to sipping on hot chocolate, psl, enjoying some weekend football, and time spent with family and friends. Cheers!

X.Y.Z
1 ounce Rum
½ ounce Cointreau
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
