Happy Hour Time

Well howdy there Friday – it’s about time you showed up! I have been looking for you everyday this week. I believe yesterday was the first Thursday in about three weeks where it has not snowed or iced – I am welcoming the warmer weather with open arms! I hope everyone has some wonderful plans ahead for the St. Patty’s day weekend. Here’s to great memories to be made and time spent with those whom we love and care about. Cheers!

Drink Special!
Blue Blazer
2 heated mugs
1 teaspoon sugar
2 ½ ounces boiling water
2 ½ ounces heated whisky
1 lemon peel twist for garnish
In the first glass/mug, dissolve sugar in boiling water. In the second mug pour the whisky and set it on fire. Pour the ingredients from on mug to another.
