Skirts For The Holiday Season

It has been a few years since I have really appreciated the structure of a skirt and how flattering they can be to the waistline. Recently I have noticed a number of skirts that are out this season that would look beautiful with a blouse or top to wear to a Christmas party. In all honesty if it is red and ties at the top with a bow I am pretty much sold on the skirt. Lately I have been patricidal to the skirts that fit up a little higher at the natural waistline – it creates an illusion of longer legs, a more dressed up look, and as an added bonus skirts that fit up at the natural waistline make you look slimmer. Here are a few holiday skirts that would be perfect for a festive occasion.

    I wish there were more skirts like these on the market. 'Higher at the natural waistline to make legs longer'- I agree. I'm crazy about such midi skirts like the one on the last photo. xx Maja
