Wanderlust

Recently I have developed a serious case of wanderlust. I usually travel somewhere in the summer, but things were just too crazy this past summer to take a vacation. Luckily, I am going out of town next week for two weeks, and cannot wait!

The beach is my favorite place to travel, the salt air and water is good for the soul afterall, not to mention a beautiful sight to see. However, I haven’t been out of the states yet and would absolutely love to go see pretty much everything there is to see in Europe and wherever else I eventually travel to one day. One of my dreams/goals in life once I have raised a family and am at an older, more established stage in my life and can really do it up right is to live in London for a year and be able to travel to wherever in Europe on a whim. I have to admit, I am kind of an art and history nerd, I would love to go see all the old churches, the Colosseum, Buckingham Palace, Vatican City, the Louvre, plus so much more, and of course enjoy all the amazing food that Paris and Italy is know for.

Since I still have a week left till I take a vacation and me being able to maybe live in Europe for a year is very far off in the future I thought I would share a few images from my Pinterest Travel Board.

  1. London is my very favorite city and I would LOVE to live there for a year - OR forever! Paris is so special too, but the English are moremy kind of people. Paris is fine to visit, but the French are too prickly to live amongst. I can say this because my husband's family is French, and I mean no harm, but it's just a fact as I see it!

    1. I think London would be such a beautiful place to live for a period of time! I have heard that about the French before (by the way love that your husband's family is French) but Paris looks so beautiful I would definitely like to spend a couple weeks there!
