hello there Friday, so nice to see you again! I don’t know about you all but I
am ready for the weekend to kickback, relax, and sleep-in; thank goodness for
Saturday! I can hardly believe that July is more than half way over! I hope
everyone is enjoying partaking in all the summer activities and soaking up some

1 ½ cups iced champagne
2 ounces cognac
Ice cubes
Lemon twist for garnish
Pour into tall Collins glass
with a couple ice cubes. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
