When the end of February rolls
around there are two things I get excited about: one, that spring is almost
here and secondly, my favorite, the red carpet at the Oscars. I love the
tradition and history that is tied to the Oscars. It is always interesting to
see what movies win which award, the speeches, the performances, and everything
else that is associated with the award show. In all honesty though I mainly
watch the Oscars to see who has on what and admire the dresses. Everyone at the
Oscars this year looked so elegant and I love how the dresses for the most part
looked so tasteful, timeless, elegant, and fashionable all at the same time.
Below are some of my favorite dresses that were worn on the red carpet.

DeleteI hadn't seen Naiomi Watts dress, it is gorgeous. I think you picked all my favorites from the evening too. There was a lady in the audience who was a wife of one of the winners who had an absolutely gorgeous dress on. Wish I had paid more attention to who her husband was so I could google her! Someone was also wearing a bright canary yellow dress with a long train sitting at the back of the theater, I would have loved to see more of that dress. The color was so pretty.
