time again, Happy Hour Time! I hope y’all had a wonderful Valentine’s Day
yesterday! I am sure everyone is elated it’s Friday, so let’s kick our shoes
off, enjoy a cocktail, and have a fabulous weekend!

Drink
Special!
Knickerbocker
½ lime, or lemon; squeeze out the
juice, and put the rind and juice into the glass
2 teaspoonfuls of raspberry
syrup
1 wineglass (4 ounces) Santa
Cruz Rum
½ teaspoon of curacao
Shaved ice
Berries for garnish
Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with berries in season.
