Happy Hour Time

I can hardly believe it is Friday yet again; this week has absolutely flown by! Needless to say I am so happy that it is Friday! Welcome Friday and welcome to Happy Hour Time! I hope everyone has had a great week and will have an even better weekend! Cheers to good memories with friends and family and good times to be had! Cheers!

Drink Special!
Tom Collins
2 ounces gin
1 ounce lemon juice
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
Ice cubes
3 ounces club soda
Maraschino cherry for garnish
Orange slice for garnish
Shake the gin, lemon juice, and sugar with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Add the club soda and garnish with maraschino cherry and orange slice.
