Frozen Watermelon
Daiquiri
1 ½ ounce white rum
¾ ounce lime juice
1 cup seeded, chopped watermelon
¼ cup lime sorbet
½ cup crushed ice
Lime slice for garnish
Mix the
liquid ingredients, watermelon, and lime sorbet in a blender with the crushed
ice at high speed until smooth. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish
with a lime slice.
