Well if it isn’t my good friend Friday, it’s always nice to see you again! Out of all the days of the week Friday is hands down my best friend, as I’m sure is yours. My week has flown by, and I am happy that the weekend is here! So let’s lift our glasses and make a toast to a terrific weekend ahead!

3 slices orange
3 slices pineapple
2 ounces Gin
½ ounce sweet vermouth
½ ounce grenadine
Ice cubes
Muddle the fruit in a shaker; then add the remaining ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
